The Technics Jiu-Jitsu Program is our main group class. This program will define the path from Blue to Black Belt. This mixed level class will allow you to train and practice with practitioners of all belt ranks and skill levels. We will present new techniques and problems, and revisit old techniques in a new way. This class is focused on overall growth and skill refinement.

The Technics Jiu-Jitsu Class will require the student to participate in positional and situational sparring. It is recomended that students have first completed the Fundamental Jiu-Jitsu Program before dedicating the bulk of their classes to the Technics Program.
